Shindo is an invigorating massage system, which may be purchased with the particularly suitable mattress or in a topper shape, so that it fits other approved mattresses.
The Shindo self-massage method is unobtrusive and has been designed to use gravity, horizontal posture and local vibrations as its main strategies.

The Shindo system has been developed by the European Sleep Care Institute (ESCI), a team of professionals with over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and developing new products aimed at the rest sector.
The project was supervised by doctor Lirios Dueñas, coordinator of the Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs) and Rest area. .
How does it work?
These massage points, are controlled by a simple remote control from which you can:

Choose the type of therapy you want.

Increase or decrease the intensity and speed.

Activate or deactivate a specific massage area.
The five rows of massage points, made up of two points each, are strategically located to work in the following areas:

Cervical line to the height of C7 to treat trapezoids, interscapular pains, etc.

Line prior to the lumbar curve L1.

Line of the sacrum S1 to treat the lymph nodes of the sacrum, lower lumbar, buttocks, etc.

Lymph nodes of the knee, groin and hamstring.

Gastrocnemius, soleus and peroneus muscles.
